From an extreme HIT workout at our Metafit classes, an all over body workout at our Boxercise classes or a spin class with a difference at our RPM spin session there’s plenty to get your blood pumping at the Tamar Manoukian Outdoor Residential Centre.

Monday - 9.30am: Metafit training

Tuesday - 9.30am: Boxercise class

Tuesday - 5.30pm and 8pm RPM spin class

Friday - 9.30am: Metafit training
