What's on. Christmas Baking
Create a Christmas baking platter of Traditional Mince pies and Centrepiece Yule Log. Our chef will take you step by step through making your own shortcrust pastry which will then be filled with luxury mincemeat. You will also make a Genoise Sponge which will be transformed into a Yule Log. You will be able to take your decorated cake home to enjoy your efforts with family and friends.
