Friday 17th July
Join us for a luxurious five-course dinner hosted by Raymond Blanc OBE, one of the world’s most celebrated chefs.
This will mark the first time the celebrity chef has hosted an event of this type in Scotland. Raymond will share stories from his culinary life during a Q&A with renowned journalist and broadcaster Catriona Stewart after joining guests for a dinner with paired wines in the opulent 18th-Century Dumfries House.
The menu for the evening has been curated by The King’s Foundation’s Executive Chef Tom Scoble in homage to Raymond’s legacy and his commitment to sustainability in food and wine. It will feature produce from the 2,000-acre estate, which was saved for the nation by His Majesty King Charles III in 2007, and is now home to his flagship charity The King’s Foundation – of which Raymond is an Ambassador.
Doors open at 18:45 for a 19:00 start.
