Here, you can pick up a map of the Estate, book your tour and find out about the day’s activities. The shop has a wide choice of wee reminders of your visit, with prices to suit every pocket, from our locally produced jam to even a traditional crook for when you walk the grounds. You’ll find the Centre next to the Coach House Café, where you can take a scone and a coffee while you wait for your tour to begin, or after your visit before you go home. The Dumfries House Visitor Centre staff will always greet you with a smile and help in any way they can to make your visit memorable.

The Visitor Centre is open everyday from 10am to 5pm.
