Residential events, open days and public programmes Our residential events, open days and public programmes
About
In conjunction with the wider estate, we host a number of events across the year linked to our school activity. These include the Festival of Farming, Family Science Day or career themed enrichment days and public open days.
Pupils who stay in our Residential Centre can spend time in the Education Garden, STEM Centre, Education Farm or Textile Atelier.
Every second year, during the summer months, we host an Open Day which allows the public a rare glimpse into the teaching curriculum and the facilities in the Residential Centre as well as an interactive experience.
We run a monthly evening class, known as Make it Mondays, where members of the public can come and learn a new skill or hobby.
By prior arrangements, our Sports Hall is available for private let for sporting activity. We regularly run community football classes on a Wednesday night.
